Resolved Question: Do you know who makes $4,096,815 per week?
“What does Isabella, a four year-old girl in Winsconsin who is physically incapable of eating and has had to be tube fed her entire life, have to gain from healthcare reform? The treatment she needs to live a normal life.”

“The chance for Isabella to become a normal, healthy child depends on Congress passing healthcare reform this year. But Stephen Hemsley opposes reform, and after making the equivalent of $4,096,815 each and every week of this year, it doesn’t take an expert to figure out why.”

“UnitedHealthcare CEO Stephen Hemsley owns $744,232,068 in unexercised stock options. CIGNA’s Edward Hanway spends his holidays in a $13 million beach house in New Jersey. Meanwhile, regular Americans are routinely denied coverage for the care they need when they need it most.”

Holly Bailey says in the video that United Health Care refused to pay for medicine she couldn’t live without.

“They kept telling my local pharmacy…’Oh we’re just waiting for one more letter, or we’re just waiting for one more script, and then we’ll start paying,’” Bailey said. “This went on for six months, and December 4th both the pharmacy and I received a letter from United Health Care saying they deemed it medically unnecessary and that they were not going to pay any of it.”

It sounds like those who are against health care reform think that it’s ok to pay for insurance plans, increasing costs of co-pays just to find out that needed treatments are denied. The disasterous health care system we have now is the one you want to keep. Especially in the last eight years, we have seen the damage that conservatism and corporate greed have caused. Your side has no credibility.
Sports Nation, LOL..I’m the idiot. CEOs .. charities.. If they are such giving people, why are they against health care for all? They have been the new welfare queens for years. Our tax dollars pay far more in subsidies and tax breaks for coporations than programs for the poor.

Resolved Question: PLEASE HELP! Will an MC-1017 Violation received in Camden New Jersey show up on a background check?
So i’m a college student, and I recently recieved an internship at Cigna corp. in Philadelphia They are now asking me to fill out this form for a background check through a private company called HireRight.

About 6 months ago I was at a concert in Camden NJ and recieved a drinking in public, mc-1017 summary offense violation. I’m 19 and wasn’t written up for underage drinking or anything. It seemed more like a traffic ticket type deal. I was given a citation, and a summons, but it wasn’t mandatory… I just paid a 75 dollar fine for the ticket and that was it.

On this form they are asking me to report “Have you ever been convicted of an offense against the law (including any conviction for driving under the influence) other than a minor traffic violation? Do not disclose any conviction for which the records have been sealed, expunged or subject to deferred adjudication.*”

Do you know if this offense is reportable or if it would even show up because its so minor. I don’t know if I should disclose the information to the employer because i’m underage. Do these offenses show up on a record? I’m really bugging out right now, I can’t jeapordize this job.
