Resolved Question: What was more agonizing your last visit to the DMV or your last visit to your HMO?
Personally, it’s been a few years since I’ve even been to the DMV and during that visit I was pleasantly surprised. Most work with the DMV is done by mail. I go to DEQ every two years and get my car inspected and the registration renewed. On the other hand dealing with insurance companies, banks, even the help line for my cable or internet provider is usually a nightmare. Greed has turned private enterprises into poorly run operations by underpaid and overworked people.
