And the letter said something like this; “This Individual conversion coverage is provided to you by Celtic on a guaranteed issued basis and is not subject to any pre-existing condition limitations of any sort”. Routine physical examinations, office visits, immunizations or services performed for routine or preventive care.
Can someone please explain this to me, does it sounds like because if someone is applying and has a medical condition they cant get the proper medical care?
