Open Question: Make TOO much money to be qualified as low income, but can’t afford to pay health insurance?!?
I am a single 24 yr old female who makes around $3,000 each month after taxes. I amek Too much to be considered low income to get on a health plan by the state of MD but I can’t afford these programs that are being offered to me by health care providers (priority partners, blue cross blue shield…)

What else can I do?

I just simply can’t right now I pay my rent, car payment/insurance, phone, gas and electric, student loans, etc. by the end of the month, by using $100 in budget for ME (like getting my nails done, eating out, or buying a shirt) I have like $300 that I TRY to use and Save instead of spending ti on something.

Please help, thanks!
Well i got the car 2 years ago and still paying for it and at the time i Had health insurance…
and if i could “get rid of my car” for a much cheaper one, i def. would, but unfortunately i would be way upside down if i even tried to sell it…thanks everyone

Open Question: took her to the doctor 2x’s now…….?
In less then a week i have taken my 8mth old to the doctor 2x’s… both not her ped. because she wasn’t in the office both times… one doctor didn’t do anything the other prescribed her c-phen drops and Tylenol every 4 hrs…. i have been giving these c-phen drops and Tylenol every 4hrs for 4 days now… she has not gotten better at all.. i plan on taking her to her ped. tomorrow (cross your fingers that she’s in the office) anyway.. i looked up whooping cough and pneumonia.. and both illnesses have symptoms that she has except for whooping cough she doesn’t turn blue in the face or n her fingers due to lack of oxygen.. and for pneumonia she has all the symptoms except for throwin up, temp, and diarrhea. here are her symptoms:

cough comin from deep in the chest
stuffy/runny nose
wont eat as much as she normally does
very fussy(it’s not a sleepy fussy, hungry fussy)
low grade temp-no temp at all (it’ll be from 100-98.9)
breathing very rapidly
choking when she breaths threw her nose.. i have to use a nose bulb to suck out the stuff like every 5-10mins

please help.. any suggestions as to what it could be.. and to ease my mind a little until i take her to her ped. who actually gives a damn about her…
she’s slept with a vaporizer in her room since the 2nd week she was born and sleeps inclined every night… i sit in the bathroom with her to get all that junk out and she’s only gotten worse…
